Melissa ~ Photographer/Owner

Melissa grew up in Sacramento and moved to Sonoma County in 2014 to attend Sonoma State University. In 2018, she graduated with a B.A in Social Science; yet instead of teaching, she fell in love with photography and wine. She began more fully exploring photography in 2019. Starting with landscapes, flowers and animals. Then she explored macro photography, and still loves it. Yet, in 2020, she was asked to do a boudoir shoot for a friend and fell in love with bringing self-love and confidence back to those around her. Later in 2020, another friend asked Melissa to take her maternity photos, and that was it! She had fallen in love with portrait photography. When she isn't taking photos, you might find Melissa drawing with charcoal, sitting on the beach or exploring new places with her partner.
